Refund policy

We want you to love your PLUMARA Posture Corrector. If you don’t, you’re covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Returns — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start, email hello@shopplumara.com with your order number and we’ll send instructions. Items returned without a prior request can’t be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.

Damaged or wrong items — If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@shopplumara.com within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
